<p>Today, people are more aware than ever before of how crucial it is to eat healthier foods. While more and more people are choosing a healthy diet to aid in weight loss. Most people are simply trying to keep their body strong and healthy, or control an illness such as high blood pressure.</p>
<p>We all know that we are born with certain unique genes. While these genes don&#8217;t change throughout our life, they can be inhibited or triggered through diet. Some genes that are related to diseases can actually be made dormant with the right nutrition or be activated with poor nutritional choices.</p>
