Healthy Sex
To be genuinely healthy, we should not only focus in maintaining our health on the outside but rather we should pull more effort in keeping our inner body in shape. Meaning we should prioritize the condition of our body system than just giving all our attention to the aesthetics. If we are healthy inside, aesthetic health will surely follow. One aspect of health that is mostly taken for granted is sexual health.
Sexually transmitted diseases, like AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) and HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) doesn’t have any cure and the sure way to avoid contracting such disease is being responsible with one’s sexual activities. People who have these diseases have a low immunity thus making them prone to other sickness and infection. This condition affects their longevity since they are sickly they have a very little chance of living at a ripe age.
In order to prevent an individual from contracting such disease, one should take caution when it comes to their sexual activities. The most important thing is being monogamous. We should only stick to one partner since having sexual intercourse with different people heightens the probability of contracting STD. But if you are a very sexually active individual and have plenty of romantic partners, you can try to be responsible by using condoms for males and IUD for females.
Being sexually healthy is a must for everybody since if we go down with STD there is no turning back and our over all health would really be placed on the line.
